Brief contact with French oak imparts notes of vanilla, sweet spices, and elegant creaminess.
Harmoniously balanced on the palate, it delivers a long, crystalline finish with moderate acidity.
Ideally paired with seafood, grilled fish, smoked salmon, risotto, and pasta with creamy white sauces. Best enjoyed at 10–12°C.
