Its ruby color surprises and predisposes. In the mouth the wine is dry, with good structure and round body.
Aromas of ripe forest fruits such as sour cherry and black berry are contrasted with those of spices and honey.
Balanced acidity with soft and rounded tannins that give a long mineral aftertaste.
Accompanies dishes of grilled and cooked meats, cold cuts, pasta with red sauces and mild cheeses. Enjoy it at 16–18°C.
