Aromas of ripe forest fruits such as sour cherry and black berry are contrasted with those of spices and honey.
Balanced acidity with soft and rounded tannins that give a long mineral aftertaste.
Accompanies dishes of grilled and cooked meats, cold cuts, pasta with red sauces and mild cheeses. Enjoy it at 16–18°C.
